• US passport must be signed, valid for at least 6 months and with at least one blank visa page to stamp your Azerbaijan visa. If your passport does not meet the requirements, we can assist with obtaining new passport, passport renewal or additional pages for a valid US passport.

  3. One passport type photograph.
     
  4. Invitation letter from host company in Azerbaijan authorized by the Azerbaijan Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

• Vaccinations are NOT required unless travel is from or through an infected area.

• Consular fee and processing time:

  $ 00 Per Visa for two weeks processing time.
  $ 100 Per Visa for 4 days processing time/ SINGLE
  $ 100 Per Visa for 4 business days processing time/ DOUBLE
  $ 250 Per Visa for 4 business days processing time/ MULTIPLE

• Visa Obtainers, Inc. service fee:

  $ 50 per Visa (Regular Service)
  $ 75 per Visa (Rush Service)

Shipping fee:

• Add $ 20 to the service fee OR include a pre-paid FEDEX airbill for the overnight return of your passport.
  

Payment:

• Include a check or money order payable to Visa Obtainers, Inc. for Consular fee, Service fee and return shipping fee.
  
  
• If you are paying by credit card, use the credit card payment information on the Visa Order Form
