• US passport must be signed, valid for at least 6 months and with at least one blank visa page to stamp your China visa. If your passport does not meet the requirements, we can assist with obtaining new passport, passport renewal or additional pages for a valid US passport.

  2. One Visa Application Form completed and signed.
     
  3. One passport type photograph.

  5. Invitation letter from a company or organization in China. If a multiple entries visa is required, the invitation must be issued by a Chinese Government Ministry or Regional office of Chinese Foreign Economic Relations and Trade Commission
     
  6. Visa Order Form.

• Vaccinations are NOT required unless travel is from or through an infected area.
  

Fees and Processing Time:

• Consular fee and processing time:

  $ 130 Per Visa for single entry visa.
  $ 140 Per Visa for double entry visa.
  $ 150 Per Visa for multiple entries visa valid for 6 months.
  $ 160 Per Visa for multiple entries visa valid for 12 months

  $ 10 extra Per Visa for 48 hours processing time.
  $ 20 extra Per Visa for 24 hours processing time.
  $ 50 extra Per visa for SAME DAY service

  5 business days is the normal processing time unless extra fee is paid.

  $ 75 Per Visa (24 hours Service)
  $ 95 Per Visa (Same Day Service)

Shipping fee:

• Add $ 20 to the service fee OR include a pre-paid FEDEX airbill for the overnight return of your passport.
  

Payment:

• Include a check or money order payable to Visa Obtainers, Inc. for Consular fee, Service fee and return shipping fee.
  
  
• If you are paying by credit card, use the credit card payment information on the Visa Order Form
